How will I know my appointment is confirmed?
Once our team reviews your request, the status changes to Confirmed in the My Bookings section of your account. We may also call you on your registered number.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can request a change by calling the salon or through your account. We request at least 4 hours notice so we can offer the slot to other clients.
How does product ordering work?
Choose a product, click Buy Now and share your delivery details. Our team confirms your order over phone and arranges delivery. Payment is collected on delivery — no online payment needed.
