Appointment requests made on this website are confirmed by our team over phone or through your account. An appointment is considered final only after it is marked Confirmed. We request you to arrive 10 minutes before your slot.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 4 hours notice. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future online bookings.
All product orders are confirmed on phone before dispatch. Payment is collected on delivery. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 3 days of delivery if there is a defect or an incorrect item was delivered.
Service and product prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to you is the price displayed at the time your booking or order is confirmed.
